Environment v. CEOs
The argument here is that if the biggest corporations want to compete with the currently changing environment being gradually developed by more courage & awareness among employees & customers, and, MORE importantly, the so much growing support related to small businesses, they will have to change their business models, meaning, how their organizations make money. The only way forward is organic way of making business. As the outcome of that simple practice, the entire Environment would become more Healthy.
The attitude of owners/directors/coes should be the healthy cultivation of the Working Environment. Allowing for the honesty related to the work the company does - transparency with regards to their employees & customers. This would require for the direction of the business to be taken by those who are the employees and work on that service, equally with those who seek to acquire that service, customers. The cultivation of that bond should be of the main concern for the owners/directors/ceos without paying particular attention to the stock market and shareholders. In my opinion, this way of leading any business would bring so much required profits without harming the Environment.
For that change to happen the increased concentration on supporting organic, small business, even if their service is a little bit more expensive, is so much required. With time, this practice, would force the biggest corporations to change their business models or permanently, remove them from the market. This communal/local support of small shops, producers, creators, is so very much required & should be cultivated. The argument here is that these are the people who are the representation of both service providers and customers. This day to day business exchange between the smallest companies would introduce so much required understanding between both parties.
At the current moment the employees/workers of the biggest corporations have more "rights" than normal customers. They have the knowledge of what is happening within the corporations they work for. The security of the corporations assured by enslaving contracts. Interestingly, that is the reason so many employees leave the biggest tech corporations & start their own small businesses. This ins turn allows them to introduce so much required transparency which has been erased from the biggest corporations.
In the conclusion, I can argue, that the current business models do not work because of the correlations between stock market/shareholders/ceos And the idea of profit, do not work. The idea of profit has become the way and mean leading to the enslavement of the customers. Did you notice the shift? The abuse of the customers? Like the abuse of voters. The perspectives are shifting in a very wrong direction.
Taking a completely different perspective must be the future.
